My approach to therapy is client-centered and flexible, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I work through a trauma-informed lens and often incorporate CBT, DBT, behavioral strategies, and solution-focused techniques to support healing, growth, and emotional balance. I value being a lifelong learner and continuously work to strengthen my skills to better support my clients.

I love working with: 

A typical session with me lasts about an hour, via telehealth
using Simple Practice. The first session will be set up for me
to learn all about you, where we will complete a formal
assessment, to explore your presenting issues, discuss your
history, and set therapeutic goals.

Each follow up session will be guided by you, since therapy is your safe space to express yourself, work through your obstacles and complete your goals.”
