Let's get to know each other!

Hi, I’m Natalie. Working as an Associate Therapist at Harlowe has shown me the incredible strength women possess, even during their most isolated moments. I see myself as the ultimate mom cheerleader and I truly believe that your needs matter, because supporting you means uplifting everyone around you.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and focused on fostering a growth mindset. I believe in celebrating the unique stories of each client, honoring their diverse backgrounds and identities. I recognize that our thoughts and feelings significantly influence our physical well-being.

I use a blend of techniques, including mindfulness practices, cognitive restructuring to challenge negative thoughts, and humor to lighten the journey. By tailoring my approach to meet individual needs, I create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their challenges and celebrate their progress.

Together, we’ll embrace learning opportunities, nurture resilience, and enjoy the process of growth.

My Approach To Therapy

  • Body Image & Relationships with Food
  • Navigating Major Life Transitions
  • Self-Compassion and Forgiveness
  • Shame and Guilt
  • Depression

I love working with:

When a client logs into a session with me, clients can expect a warm & inviting space to explore thoughts and feelings. As a therapist, I try to create an environment that feels approachable and relatable, where laughter and connection flourish.

My sessions prioritize normalizing experiences, helping clients to recognize that their feelings of stress, anxiety, or self-doubt are shared by many. With empathy and validation at the core of my approach, I foster a sense of belonging and understanding, allowing clients to feel seen and heard.

Each session is a collaborative experience as I remind my clients that they are not alone!

What a session with me looks like:

Self Compassion

I encourage you to treat yourself with the same kindness you’d show your favorite character in a feel-good movie. Because Elle Woods laid in bed and ate chocolate after her breakup.

My theraputic Values:

Mind Body Connection

I believe that embracing the mind body connection is essential for holistic healing. Your mind and body are the ultimate power couple- think Olivia Benson and Eliot Stabler!. By fostering this connection, you can unlock a deeper understanding of how thoughts and emotions influence your physical wellbeing.

Growth Mindset

I advocate for clients to champion personal development and resilience in the face of challenges. Together, we can transform the Opps! into an Aha! Moment.

Cultural Sensitivity

I strive to honor and celebrate the diverse backgrounds and identities of every client I work with. I believe that each person's unique story enriches our time together. By tailoring my approach to meet each client’s individual needs, I create a space where everyone feels valued and understood.
