Hi there, I’m Megan. I’m a therapist who loves helping people feel heard, understood, and stronger in their own lives. I’m here to listen without judgment, celebrate your progress, and walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. Think of me as your sounding board, and personal cheerleader on your journey toward growth and well-being.
In therapy, I create a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and work toward healing at their own pace. I use an integrative approach that is grounded in person centered therapy.
I also use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness practices and motivational interviewing. My goal is to help clients leave sessions not only feeling heard, but equipped with strategies and clarity to move forward with confidence.
A typical session with me lasts about an hour, either in person or through telehealth. In the beginning, we’ll explore your history and create goals of what you would like to accomplish together during our time.
Each session is shaped around what you need most in that moment. Some days we may gently explore deeper healing, and other days we might focus on practical tools to help you navigate real-life challenges.
I prioritize creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
