I believe that part of leading a fulfilling life means giving ourselves the opportunity to heal from our past and find the power within to navigate life’s difficult and everchanging circumstances. My ultimate goal is to cultivate a safe, warm and client centered space. Together, we can process difficult moments and work towards setting and achieving personalized goals and dreams.

Associate Therapist

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and client centered. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and clinician and feel passionate about empowering and celebrating my clients! I am trained in Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strength and Solution focused counseling ,and stress and anxiety reduction techniques. I may also incorporate somatic exercises and mindfulness into our sessions. Together, we can build your resilience and explore what approach works best for you.






My Approach To Therapy

  • Individuals navigating big life changes such as becoming parents, career shifts, relationships and loss/grief.
  • Individuals with mood disorders such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and OCD.
  • Immigrants and children of immigrants who may be adjusting to life in a new country or difficult cultural dynamics.
  • Individuals with ADHD, looking to build routine, structure and find ease in completing daily tasks.
  • Individuals who are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ who are seeking a comfortable and non-judgmental perspective.
  • Young adults working on self discovery, finding purpose & meaning and gaining self confidence.
  • Individuals who have Complex Childhood Trauma.

I love working with: 

A session with me typically lasts about an hour. I am a Hybrid provider and offer sessions in person or virtually. Each session will differ depending on your needs. We may take a more structured approach if needed.

During your intake session, we will discuss frequency and scheduling preferences, and you will provide a brief overview of what brings you into counseling. Feel free to snack, journal or bring any fidget that may make you more comfortable!
