Hi there, I’m Haillē. As an associate therapist at Harlowe Counseling, you could call me an inner critic slayer / toxic belief buster, clarity curator, and an empowering seed planter. I love to mix humor, introspection, and peaceful, positive presence in my practice to help women navigate life’s challenges and usher in a brighter future–the one that they envision for themselves.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and person-centered, tailored to meet your unique
needs in each session and guided by what resonates most with you. I integrate
evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and
transform unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, enhancing your emotional well-being and coping skills. I utilize Motivational Interviewing to support and strengthen your intrinsic motivation for meaningful change.
Central to my work is a client-centered framework that fosters a warm, validating, and genuine therapeutic environment—one that honors your autonomy and recognizes your inherent strengths in overcoming life’s challenges.
When we first meet, our time will be all about getting to know each other and understanding what’s bringing you into therapy. We'll talk about what’s going on in your life right now, explore any relevant parts of your past, and begin to identify the goals you’d like to work toward at your own pace. You can expect a space that feels safe, accepting, and grounded — a place where all parts of you are welcome. This is your time, and you're in the driver’s seat. As we continue working together, you’ll lead the way.
You’re the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, gently question unhelpful thought patterns, try on new behaviors, and reflect on what’s working (and what’s not). Think of me as a collaborative partner — someone to hold space, offer perspective, and be a supportive sounding board as you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.
I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported — one rooted in warmth, care, and emotional presence. There is no judgment here; you are fully welcome just as you are.
This is your space — and your pace matters. I will meet you exactly where you are, allowing you to lead the conversation and share what feels right for you. You get to decide when and how we explore things.
My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling more grounded, capable, and connected to your inner strength. While I may offer insights, tools, and reflections, you are the expert of your life.

You don’t have to perform or perfect in this space. I invite you to show up fully — messy, honest, uncertain, curious — however you are. Let’s co-create a path forward that reflects your truth and works for your life. This might mean exploring things through metaphor, movement, play, music, art, or outside-the-box tools. Therapy doesn’t have to be rigid let’s make it real and uniquely yours.
