Let's get to know each other!

Hi there, I’m Danielle. As an Associate Therapist with Harlowe, I consider myself a guide for young women navigating change, a calm presence during anxious moments, and a cheerleader for personal growth. I help clients reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and move through life transitions with intention and clarity.

Associate Therapist

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that meaningful change happens within the safety of a genuine, trusting relationship, and I work hard to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are. I take time to understand not just the challenges you're facing, but the full picture of who you are—your strengths, your story, and what matters most to you. From there, we collaborate to build a path forward that fits your unique needs and goals.

I draw from person-centered therapy to ensure you feel heard and respected, while also incorporating practical strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing when needed. Whether we’re working through anxiety, perfectionism, or uncertainty about the future, I’ll meet you where you are and support you at your pace. My work is grounded in the belief that you already hold the potential for growth within you—therapy is just the space where that growth can take root.

My Approach To Therapy

  • Teen girls and young adult women navigating identity or life transitions
  • Clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt
  • High-achieving individuals feeling overwhelmed or stuck
  • Young women seeking purpose, clarity, and self-trust
  • Clients in high school, college, or early adulthood processing change or pressure

I love working with:

Sessions with me are conversational, supportive, and empowering. We’ll start by identifying what’s going on in your world—whether that’s stress, self-esteem, or uncertainty—and set clear goals based on what you want to work on.

Sometimes that looks like deep reflection, and other times it’s about practical strategies for day-to-day challenges. Either way, expect a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment.
