Hi, I’m Ana — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who loves supporting women and couples as they navigate anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I help clients create lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values, even when fear, worry, or discomfort show up.
In therapy, I take a warm, collaborative approach. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients live a values-based life, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, practice strategies, and build skills that allow you to respond to life with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
