Our therapists bring not just expertise but lived experience to every session. Each member of our team has walked a path similar to the one they now help others navigate. We hire therapists who make therapy feel approachable and genuine, so when you open up, you’re speaking with someone who truly understands.

How much are sessions & Do you accept insurance?

Our current session rate is $150.

If you're a Florida resident looking to use insurance, we accept, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, and Tricare.

We will determine your copay during your free consultation, most clients have a copay around $20-$50 per session.

How long will i need therapy?

The length of time needed for therapy can depend on a variety of factors such as the severity of the issues being faced, your goals, and the pace at which you wish to progress.

We often time recommend starting with weekly sessions and then tapering to bi-weekly, monthly, and maintenance sessions. We understand that this is also dependent on your budget and availability.

On average we see clients for 4-6 months, averaging around 18-20 appointments during that time.

Why don't you have a physical office?

Virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. It eliminates many of the logistical barriers associated with traditional therapy, such as drive time and childcare.

Additionally, technology has made it easier for you to access help from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Studies have shown that virtual therapy is associated with a range of positive outcomes similar to conventional face-to-face therapy.

How can I prepare for my first session?

Preparing for your first therapy session can be a daunting process. We are here to help you get the most out of your first session.

Here are some tips to help you make the most of your experience:
  • Have an open mind. Let go of any expectations and be ready to listen and learn from your counselor.
  • Write down questions beforehand. Think of what you want to discuss so that you don’t forget something important during the session.
  • Make sure to login on time. You want to maximize your time together and logging in late will only cut into it.
  • Be honest and open about how you are feeling. Don’t be afraid to share your feelings and experiences with your therapist in order to get the best guidance possible.
