Harlowe Counseling is looking for several women’s mental health therapists to join our team and provide empowering therapy to women across Florida. We are seeking therapists who are deeply committed to women's mental health and enjoy building meaningful connections with clients in a relaxed, personable therapeutic style.
If you answered 'Yes!', we want to hear from you! At Harlowe Counseling, we aim to provide therapists with the autonomy of a solo practice while ensuring the support and collaboration of a group setting. Although we have caseload minimums, we strive to keep them reasonable for each clinician. Our goal is for this position to enhance your life and career, adding real value to both.
As an organization, we recognize that when people live in alignment with their values, they experience greater personal fulfillment and joy. By prioritizing this starting at the employee level, we create a ripple effect that extends to our families, friends, and clients we serve. By leading through example, we inspire our clients to live authentically according to their own needs, values, and desires. Our top priority is to guide everyone towards a state of self-sustained happiness and fulfillment.
We are consistently present for one another and our clients. Our approach is centered on ensuring everyone feels supported, understood, acknowledged, and validated. We foster an environment where both employees and clients feel genuinely supported. For employees, we aim to offer a workplace where they can be their true authentic selves, feeling seen and valued. For clients, we provide a therapeutic space where they feel welcome, heard, and seen—perhaps in a way they have never experienced before. Our goal is that everyone who comes into contact with us feels a sense of security and safety in being their true selves.
We believe mental health care is health care and everyone deserves access to it. We are committed to accepting insurance to support those who cannot afford private pay, ensuring specialty mental health care remains accessible. By offering specialized services and negotiating with insurance companies, we bridge the gap for those in need.
I opened Harlowe Counseling in the fall of 2020, shortly after having my first son that spring. Feeling burnt out from the lack of flexibility in my hospital career and torn between my various roles, I knew I needed a change. My goal with this practice was simple: to create a space where I could find balance between my career and personal life. As the practice has grown, I now want to offer that same level of flexibility and choice to other therapists in Florida who are looking for balance in their own lives.
